We would like to invite you to participate in a Community and Legal Interpreting Workshop sponsored by Language Link and hosted by Hartford Public Library, 500 Main St, Hartford, CT 06103

If you are committed to expanding your bilingual skills, this comprehensive 6 hours program - plus a 4 hours in the field experience - offers an intensive, customized learning experience of study to introduce the participants to the interpreting profession.

Our training is oriented to adult learners.
It is important to provide the appropriate instructional methods. Adults are not blank slates. They come to training with knowledge and different life experiences that affect how they understand culture, legal, community and health care settings, and the work of interpreting.
